1. Pricing Adjustments

To ensure the continued stability, high performance, and 99.9% uptime of our infrastructure, KasaHosting.com reserves the right to adjust service pricing. These adjustments are calculated based on fluctuating operational costs, including but not limited to:

  • Hardware maintenance and upgrades.

  • Software licensing and security patches.

  • Energy and infrastructure overhead.

2. Performance Guarantee Agreement

By subscribing to or utilizing our services, the User acknowledges that maintaining a "zero downtime" environment requires proactive financial scaling. The User agrees that maintaining the integrity and speed of the service is the primary priority. To facilitate this:

  • Consent to Adjustments: The User provides express consent for [Your Business Name] to modify recurring billing amounts to reflect the current cost of sustaining peak performance.

  • No Prior Announcement: The User waives the right to a traditional 30-day formal announcement period for price fluctuations, provided that the changes are directly tied to the maintenance of service quality and performance standards.

3. User Responsibility

It is the User’s responsibility to monitor their billing statements and the "Product/Services" section of their Client Area.

  • Continued use of the service following a price adjustment constitutes full acceptance of the new terms.

  • If a User finds a price adjustment unacceptable, they maintain the right to cancel their service at any time prior to the next billing cycle via the WHMCS Client Area.

4. Non-Refundable Performance Costs

Because price adjustments are reinvested immediately into the hardware and bandwidth required to keep the User’s services online, any payments processed under updated pricing are non-refundable.
