By activating a service with Kasa Hosting, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). These terms constitute a legal agreement between the Client and Kasa Hosting.
2. Service Performance & Maintenance
Kasa Hosting is committed to providing high-performance hosting with a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee.

Performance Focus: To maintain peak performance, we perform regular hardware upgrades and security patches.

No Downtime Priority: Our infrastructure is managed to ensure that resource-heavy tasks do not impact service availability.
3. Pricing & Billing Policy
To sustain the high level of performance required for our clients, Kasa Hosting operates under a dynamic pricing model.

Right to Adjust: We reserve the right to adjust product and service pricing at any time to reflect the actual costs of infrastructure, energy, and licensing.

No Prior Announcement: By signing up, the Client agrees that price changes may occur without prior notice. These changes are implemented solely to ensure service stability and performance.

Consent: Continued use of the service after a price adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

Monitoring: Clients are encouraged to monitor their recurring billing details within the WHMCS Client Area.
4. Payment & Cancellations

Automatic Billing: All services are billed in advance based on the selected cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 3 days of the due date may result in immediate service suspension.

Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time via the Client Area. No refunds will be issued for partial months or for reinvested infrastructure costs.
5. Prohibited Content & Use
Kasa Hosting services must be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

Intellectual property infringement (unauthorized 3D files or copyrighted software).

Hosting malware, phishing sites, or engaging in DDoS attacks.

Over-utilization of shared resources that degrades performance for other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kasa Hosting shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. While we maintain backups, the Client is ultimately responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups of all data.
7. Modifications to TOS
Kasa Hosting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted at kasahosting.com/terms.
