At Kasa Hosting, we provide high-performance, precision-tuned hosting environments. Because we allocate dedicated CPU, RAM, and storage resources immediately upon purchase to ensure your "no downtime" experience, we maintain a Strict Non-Refund Policy.
1. Finality of Sale
All payments made to Kasa Hosting for any service (including but not limited to Shared Hosting Servers) are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the service and found it fit for your requirements.
2. Performance Reinvestment
Our pricing is optimized for service sustainability. When a payment is processed:

Funds are immediately allocated toward server overhead, licensing fees (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS, LiteSpeed, servers, maintenance), and 24/7 infrastructure monitoring.

Because these costs are incurred by Kasa Hosting at the moment of activation, we cannot recoup them to offer a refund.
3. Subscription Renewals

Automatic Billing: It is the Client’s responsibility to manage their subscription. WHMCS sends renewal notices 7–14 days before a due date.

Cancellation Requirement: If you wish to discontinue service, you must submit a Cancellation Request via the Client Area at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.

Post-Renewal: Once a renewal invoice is paid (manually or via Auto-Pay), it is non-refundable.
4. Service Suspensions & Violations
No refunds will be issued for accounts that are suspended or terminated due to:

Violations of our Terms of Service (TOS).

Abuse of system resources.

Illegal activity (Spamming, Phishing, IP Infringement).
5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Initiating a credit card chargeback or PayPal dispute for a valid charge will result in:

Immediate and permanent termination of all services.

Reporting of the account to industry-wide fraud databases.
-
Submission of this signed policy to the banking institution as evidence of a "no-refund" agreement.
